How You Can Be a Part of 52 Godly Men

It’s hard to believe that 48 weeks have already passed.  Yet, in another month, David’s journey with 52 godly men will be history, and we will move on to the next phase of his life.  As a Father, I’d like to ask you as a parent, “What are you doing for your child’s spiritual growth and development?”  Do you have a plan?  If not, why not become part of the 52 Godly Men (and Women) movement?  Here’s how.

As I’ve noted in interviews and by e-mail, my goal in this project has not been to raise money or make a fortune.  This project was originally designed to be about the transition from childhood to adulthood for my son.  You can do the same.  I encourage you to.  In fact, I would get down on my knees and implore you to think long and soberly about the direction your child is headed and ask yourself if a project like this would be beneficial.

As David ends his project, nothing would be more fulfilling to me than to know that other Dads and Moms are hard at working planning the same for their own children.  As a matter of fact, I’m willing to open up blog space for other parents and children who are interested in chronicling their own journeys.  If you are a Dad or Mom who is serious about your child’s future and would like to make the commitment to planning a journey for him or her, then contact me.  Let’s see how we can help you get started on that path.

It would be great to see something out there like or (insert YOUR child’s name).  After a year, I can say that your child will be better off for the experience.  Mine is.  The key is, do something today.  Get started.  Contact me.

I really enjoyed reading about your journey. You have subjected yourself to a lot of different men, personalities, and vocations. I pray God will use your experiences to provide you wisdom and knowledge that will be useful in molding you as a Godly young man.
